Under $100 Link Party

Ah, here we are, another week gone by.  How did you spend the last week?  Mine seems to have been a whirlwind--a basketball tournament out of town, some sunstitute teaching, and a whole lot of getting ready for a show this weekend.

I have decided the week before a show I go through four stages: 1.) I tell myself I don't want to do the show, I should cancel. 2.) I feel good and positive, think I will have plenty of stuff and am in good shape.  3.) PANIC 4.) I say, "What the heck, it is what it is, it will all work out."

Today I am still in stage 3, but quickly heading to stage 4.  Can anyone relate?

While you ponder the stages, enjoy looking at some of these lovely links from last week:

Nautical inspired picture "frames" from Homeroad.

Junk 4 Joy's fry basket light--awesome!
Hope and Salvage's "quilted" table top

Under $100 Link Guidelines:

1. Please link to the specific post, not your blog!
2. Please only post home decor ideas that cost $100 or less--it would be great if you share the cost of your project, but not necessary.  Only share current projects, i.e. from the last 3 months.
3. Please include a brief description in link up.
4. Grab my blog button on the sidebar and include it in your post or a link to Beyond The Picket Fence so people can find you and more great ideas.
5. Please check and make sure your link works. If it doesn't you can delete it and try again.
6. Please no direct links to sales sites, i.e. ETSY or just a plain ol' commercial site, we are looking for inexpensive ideas we can recreate--YOUR ideas, NOT roundups of other's work!
7.  Please do NOT link up the same thing week after week--keep it fresh
8.  PLEASE visit the link and repin from the blog. not here--thanks!

Have fun--I am looking forward to your links!

  3. I spend some time in Stage #3 every single month!! Where I sell my junk is open only 4 days a week. In between, I teach, write and try to keep on top of life. I so get it!! Thank you for putting up the party despite the craziness coming up for you!

  8. I can totally relate to the panic mode! At my house I simply say, "Don't expect anything out of me for the next week while I'm creating." Thank God for patient families. It all comes together in the end doesn't it? Thanks for hosting another great party Becky.
    Blessings,
    Patti

  10. Becky, Thanks so much for featuring my "quilted" table top on your Picket Fence blog. I feel very honored. Thanks also for giving us novices a party to showcase our craft. Best wishes for your show. My sister tells me I skip Stage 3 and go directly to 4. [She needs glasses]
