My Home's in Montana

Who knows the next line to that song?  Yep, it is I wear a bandana, my spurs are of silver, my pony is grey.  The first line is true--my home is in Montana.  Look at this untouched photo of our sky the other night:
No wonder I chose to make Montana home, right?  After seeing some cute t-shirts with a state and home written on the state, I decided to make a pallet sign like the shirt.
I did a couple for my show this weekend.
These would be easy to do for any state.  if make one for your state, I would love to see it!
PS--I have had some great questions asked lately, I am not ignoring you--I plan to have a Q and A post soon :)!

  7. My parents were raised in Montana and I had many trips back to visit family as a child. Happy times! Sometimes I dream of living there when we retire. Not sure we could handle the very cold winters though. Thank you for sharing that beautiful Montana sky and blessings to you, Patti

  9. Great Idea! Except I'm torn between Indiana (where I was born and raised) and Iowa (where I now live and call home). Thanks for sharing so many good ideas!!

  10. My husband and I always thought we would raise our boys in Montana but "life" put us here in VA. We went to Big Sky on our honeymoon. Love the dry, crisp air there in the west. We are from Utah but always wanted to go deeper into the mountains....where you are. :) One of my favorite shows is Legends of the Fall. I wanted to name one of my boys 'River'....an appropriate name for a Montana boy....who turned out to be a Luke or Ben as a VA boy, instead.
