On The Seventh Day of Christmas...

Beyond the Picket Fence gave me, a little bling for my stocking.  I made these stockings from old sweaters a few (2? 3? 4?) years ago.

I decided they needed a little bling or accessorizing.  Out came the box of junky parts--my favorite box--a little jute, and now each stocking has its own identity.

Have plain stockings, a boring wreath, or plain centerpiece?

  4. Love that bling! I was just at an indie flea market this weekend and one of the vendors was selling handmade jewelry with that kinda of bling on them. I gobbled up a few!!! Oh course, the bling was smaller...but you get the idea!

  6. I'd be sure to wax the bling so that the rust doesn't rub off on the stockings and ruin it. You may want to change out the bling in future years.
